After the end of the 10th class examinations of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), now the students are eagerly waiting for the result. CBSE will release the results of class 10th on its official website cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in. It is estimated that CBSE may declare the results of board examinations in the second week of May 2025.
More than 44 lakh students joined
CBSE conducted the board examination of class 10 from 15 February to 18 March 2025, while the examinations of class 12th will run from 15 February to 4 April 2025. This year, more than 44 lakh students participated in these examinations held across the country. Examinations of 204 subjects have been conducted by the board.
When will the CBSE result be released 2025?
If we look at the trend of last year, CBSE usually releases the result 40-45 days after the end of the examination. Since 12th examinations this year end on April 4, it is expected that CBSE can release the results of class 10th and 12th in the second week of May 2025. However, the official announcement is awaited. In addition, the board will conduct a separate examination for students participating in national and international sports.
When will the copy checking process start?
The investigation process of CBSE’s answer sheets will start after the board examinations are completely finished. During this time, the board will also organize a counseling session to keep the students stress free, so that they can reduce the concern about their results.

- First of all go to the official website of CBSE cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in.
- Click on the link of ‘CBSE Class 10 Exam Result 2025’ on the homepage.
- Now enter the roll number, school number, date of birth and admit card ID.
- After clicking on the submit button, the marksheet will open on your screen.
- Check your result and download the print out or PDF for the future.
