Central Govt Bonus 2025: The festive season has started in India. Keeping this in mind, the central government has given a big gift to its employees. The Finance Ministry has issued an order on Monday. According to the order, the central government will give non-productiveness linked bonus (ad-hoc) equal to 30 days salary to its Group C and non-gazetted group B employees. The Finance Ministry has informed that in financial year 2024-25, employees will be given a bonus of Rs 6,908. This saw a wave of happiness among the central employees. After this order of the government, there is an eagerness among the employees that how much their bonus will come.
Learn who will get bonus
- The government has said that such employees who have been in service till 31 March 2025, and who have worked continuously for at least 6 months. They will get this bonus amount.
- All employees of central paramilitary forces and armed forces will get bonus amount. Also, such employees of union territories who get salary equal to the salary structure of the central government, will also be given bonus amount.
- Employees who have given their service throughout the year will get a bonus of Rs 6908. Employees who did not work for the entire 12 months will get bonuses based on Bonus Pro Rata (working months).
- The government has also announced a bonus to Ed Hawk and Casual employees. For the last 3 years, casual employees who have served continuously will be received as a bonus of Rs 1184.
Maximum bonus and bonus calculation
According to the order issued by the government, a monthly salary of Rs 7000 has been fixed for calculations of ad-hawk bonus payment. The calculation of the bonus will be done on the basis that whatever will be less than the maximum limit of the employee’s average salary/calculation. According to this calculation, if an employee is getting 7000 rupees monthly, then the bonus will be about 6907 rupees on 30 days. This decision will benefit the central employees. Also, there will be a shower of happiness in his house in the festive season.
