If you are dreaming of making a career in Railways, then this recruitment coming out of the Central Railway can be a great opportunity for you. Railways have invited applications for apprenticeship, in which a total of 2418 posts will be filled. Interested candidates can apply from 12 August 2025 and the last date has been fixed till 5 pm on 11 September 2025. Educational qualification
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have passed 10th or 12th standard, and that too with a minimum 50% marks from a recognized board. Apart from this, it is also necessary for the candidate to have a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade.
Who can apply?
The age of the candidate applying for apprenticeship should be at least 15 years and maximum 24 years. However, reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per the rules of the government. SC/ST candidates applying will be given 5 years discount. At the same time, OBC candidates will get a discount of 3 years and Divyang candidates will be given 10 years discount.

Application fee will have to be paid so much
Those applying for apprenticeship will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. There is a provision of fee exemption for reserved category and women candidates. For more details, candidates can take help of the official website.
How to apply?
- To apply, the candidates should first visit the www.rrccr.com website.
- After this, the candidate click on the link of online applications on the home page.
- Now the candidates should register and login and fill all the personal information.
- Then the candidates upload a scan copy of the required documents.
- After this, the candidates should pay the prescribed fee online.
- Now submit the candidate after checking the form carefully and take out the print out of it.
