More than 13 lakh candidates will participate in the Common Eligibility Test (CET) examination to be held on 26 and 27 July 2025 in Haryana. For this, Karnal district administration has completed preparations. 53 examination centers have been set up in Karnal, where about 60 thousand candidates will take the exam. The district administration and police have made extensive arrangements to ensure security, traffic and other arrangements, so that the candidates do not face any kind of trouble. Karnal Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh and Superintendent of Police Gangaram Punia gave detailed information in this regard.
Candidates will get every convenience
Karnal Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh said that the district administration has taken all the necessary steps to conduct the CET exam smoothly. He said, ‘I want to fully assure all the candidates who are coming to Karnal to give exams or going from Karnal to their destination. We have completed all kinds of preparations. Candidates will neither have any problem in movement nor in other arrangements. If someone still has any problem, then they can contact the helpline number. Their problem will be resolved immediately.
The Deputy Commissioner informed that 53 examination centers have been set up in Karnal, where about 60 thousand candidates will give exams in two days. All necessary facilities like drinking water, seating arrangements and electricity facilities have been provided at these centers. Apart from this, special helpline numbers have also been issued for the convenience of the candidates, so that any emergency can be given immediate help.
Traffic and transport arrangement
Transport system has also been rectified for the candidates coming for CET exam. According to DC, the candidates who come from their vehicles can reach their examination center directly. Special arrangements have been made for the candidates who travel by government buses. Candidates coming from government buses will first be brought to the police line of Karnal, from there they will be sent to the respective examination centers through satal buses. This arrangement has been made according to the route, so that any candidate can reach his center on time.
Special attention to security and traffic system
The Karnal police is fully ready for security and traffic system during the CET examination. Superintendent of Police Gangaram Punia said that the district police has completed all necessary arrangements. It is our endeavor that the candidates do not have any kind of trouble. For this, we have deployed special teams to fix the traffic system on the roads. Also, police forces will be deployed outside all 53 examination centers, so that there is no chaos.
Candidates keep these things in mind
The district administration and police have appealed to the candidates to follow some special instructions. Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh said that the candidates should bring a valid identity card and admit card with them. Apart from this, it is strictly prohibited to carry mobile phones, electronic gadgets or other prohibited materials at the examination center. He also advised that the candidates should reach their center ahead of time, so that any hasty can be avoided. Candidates should not crowd the examination centers and follow the police instructions.
