There is good news for millions of youth of the country once again. A new phase of Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme is going to start, under which youth will get a chance to learn work in the country’s renowned companies. The most important thing is that not only work will be taught for this, but will also get a stipend every month.
The previous phase of this scheme was quite successful. The government informed in Parliament that 327 top companies of the country gave 1.18 lakh youth an internship in 735 districts. In this, 2.14 lakh youths made a total of 4.55 lakh applications. More than 72,000 offers were made by 23 July 2025, out of which about 28,000 youths also joined.
More than 20 sectors will get a chance to learn work
Another special thing about the PM internship scheme is that in this, the youth get the option of internship in more than 20 sectors. Whether you want to make a career in IT or there is something here for everyone in banking, health, media, automobile or defense sector. It includes big companies like Reliance, Tata, Adani, Hindustan Liver, Times Group.

5000 stipends every month up to one year

Who can apply?
Applicant should be between 21 and 24 years old
Minimum academic qualification 10th pass
10th, 12th, ITI, diploma or graduation youth can apply can apply
Students who do regular studies cannot apply, but can study with correspondence
The annual income of the family should not exceed 8 lakh rupees
No member in the family is in a government job
