Today is a special day for India. Three states of the country, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand have completed 25 years of their establishment. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the people of these three states and other states on their Foundation Day.

During the inauguration of ‘Shanti Shikhar’ of Brahma Kumari organization in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, PM Modi said that the development of the country is possible only through the development of the state and with this mantra, India is moving towards becoming a developed nation. The Prime Minister said that the concept of world peace is part of India’s core thinking. He said, “We are those who see Shiva in every living being and everything in ourselves.” He told that the basic feeling of Indian culture is world welfare and goodwill.

Prime Minister Modi said that today when any crisis or disaster occurs in the world, India is the first to reach out for help. He said, “India always plays the role of first responder.” Praising the Brahma Kumari organization, PM Modi said that this organization is infusing spiritual power in India’s Developed India campaign. He told that he has been associated with this organization for the last several decades.

He recalled that he has been continuously participating in the ‘Future of Power’ program in Ahmedabad in 2011, the 75th anniversary of the organization in 2012, the Prayagraj program in 2013 and the events organized in Mount Abu and Gujarat. He said, “I am not a guest here, I am yours.” PM Modi further said, “Change happens only when one’s words are reflected in one’s actions. This is the real source of spiritual strength of the Brahma Kumaris organization. Here, every sister first improves herself through deep penance and spiritual practice. Your first Namaste is ‘Om Shanti’.
