How to get refund on RAC ticket?

Follow this process
To get refund, login to IRCTC website or mobile app, select Cancel Ticket option and cancel the RAC ticket. If you are canceling over the counter. So take the ticket and ID card and go to the counter. After ticket cancellation, the refund will be automatically credited to your account.
Usually refund comes in 7-10 days. Apart from this, if the train gets canceled or the passenger’s RAC ticket is confirmed. Then the refund received after ticket cancellation may be more or less depending on the charges.
