Sheetal Urf Simmi Chaudhary Murder Case: Police has made a sensational disclosure in the case of painful murder of model Sheetal Chaudhary alias Simmi, a resident of Panipat, Haryana. The model was murdered by her boyfriend Sunil, who was already married and is the father of two children. The accused killed the model with a knife and then threw his body into the canal. In order to make the case look like suicide, the accused, including his car, also dropped himself into the canal, but he survived.
Police said that when the body of a young woman was found in Kharkhauda area of Sonepat, the first case seemed to be blind murder. However, the corpse in investigation was identified as model Sheetal. He was identified with a tattoo on his hand and chest. Sheetal’s sister raised suspicion on the accused Sunil, after which she was interrogated in custody. During interrogation, the accused confessed to the murder.
Model’s personal life is also full of controversies
Sheetal was originally from Bihar, but her family had been living in Panipat for many years. She was married about 9 years ago and she has two children, a son and a daughter. Sheetal had divorced due to constant quarrels and domestic disputes with her husband and started living with her sister.
Identification while working in a hotel
Sheetal was fond of modeling and acting. Meanwhile, due to economic needs, she started working in a hotel ‘Sukoon’ in Karnal, which was the hotel of accused Sunil. During the work, both of them increased acquaintance and the relationship turned into love. But, when Sheetal came to know that Sunil is already married, he kept distance from him. This distance brought Sunil so angry that he killed Simmi.

On the night of 14 June, the model went to Ahar village in connection with a shoot. Sunil reached there and forcefully took him with him. The model had informed his sister by making a video call that Sunil is forcibly doing and has even assaulted. After this, the model lost contact with the sister.
Police investigation revealed that Sunil stopped in a gaushala of BJP leader regarding the model and then left for the city. Its CCTV footage has also surfaced. At present, there is a preparation to arrest the accused and present it in court and take it on police remand.
