
Vitamin D – It makes bones strong and helps in the absorption of calcium. Lack of this can prevent height growth. Therefore, include milk, eggs, fish and mushrooms in children’s diet. Take them in the sun for some time in the day or morning or ask to live.

Vitamin C: This vitamin is considered essential for the manufacture of bones and tissue. This is important for growth hormones. Vitamin C is plenty of things like orange, lemon, amla, guava and tomatoes.

Vitamin B12: It helps in vitamin cell division and DNA synthesis, which leads to the correct growth of the body. For this, include milk, egg, curd and some non-veg foods in the children’s plate.

Vitamin K: Vitamin-K helps to maintain bone density. Lack of this can cause growth slow. You can get it from green vegetables, broccoli, spinach and cabbage and increase the height of children.

Vitamin A: Vitamin A is very important for development of sales. It helps to increase the length of bones and strengthen the immune system. For this, feed carrots, papaya, milk, egg, green leafy vegetables to children.

Parents should also keep these things in mind: Fast food and junk food slow down the growth of children. Only by feeding milk will not work, the entire nutrition is necessary. Gold time, exercise and drinking water are equally important. Let children play in the sun daily, get outdoor activity done 3-4 days in a week at least 20-30 minutes. Make a balanced diet with protein, vitamins and minerals in equal quantity, keep checkups with pediatration if the growth is stopped.
