In this video, a mother is seen risking the life of her small child, that too just to pick up a saree. This incident is forcing people to think that how can someone take such a big risk for a small thing.
What is the whole matter?
It can be seen in the video that the saree of a woman living in a big multi-storey society had fallen on the balcony of the lower floor. The method adopted by the woman to bring back the saree was very dangerous. She tied several sarees together to form a long rope, then tied one end of that rope around her younger son’s waist.
After this, the woman hung the child down from the railing of her balcony, so that she could pick up the saree that had fallen down. It is clearly visible in the video that the child is scared and is moving downwards very carefully. Reaching down, he picks up the saree and then his mother pulls it up. During the entire incident, neither the child had any safety belt nor any safety arrangement.

A small mistake, a big accident
This entire incident lasted only a few seconds, but it could have resulted in a major accident. The slightest mistake or slip of the hand could have cost the child his life. The height was so high that in case of a fall it could have resulted in serious injury or even death; people did not find it right at all to hang a child like this just to pick up a piece of cloth.

As soon as this video went viral on social media platform X, people started giving strong reactions. Some called it madness, while others said how can a mother play with her child’s life like this. Many users wrote that the value of clothes cannot be more than the life of a child, some people also said that strict action should be taken in such cases so that no one does such carelessness in future. At the same time, some users sarcastically said that the mother is giving commando training to her child, but most of the people called this action irresponsible and dangerous.
