China on Tuesday (11 November 2025) expressed grief over the blast that took place near Gate No. 1 of the Red Fort in Delhi. China’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said that we are shocked by the incident in Delhi. He expressed condolences to the families of the dead and injured. He said that according to the available information, there is no news of any Chinese citizen being injured in this incident.
Chinese Ambassador to India Xu Feihong also expressed condolences to the victims of the blast near Red Fort metro station. In this explosion on Monday (10 November 2025) evening, 12 people died and many others were injured. Xu Feihong posted on X and wrote, “I am saddened by the explosion near Red Fort metro station in Delhi. My deepest condolences to the victims.”
Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov expressed grief over the incident and said that investigation will reveal the cause of the blast. He posted on X and wrote, “I am shocked by the explosion in the Red Fort. We are confident that the ongoing thorough investigation will reveal the cause of the incident. We express our condolences to the families of the victims and wish the injured a speedy recovery.”
The US State Department said on the blast near the Red Fort in Delhi that it is monitoring the situation and is ready to provide help if needed. The US State Department’s Bureau of South and Central Asia Affairs wrote on Twitter, “This incident is tragic. Our thoughts are with those who have lost their family members. We wish the injured a speedy recovery and are constantly monitoring the situation.”
Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal have also expressed grief over the explosion in Delhi. Sri Lankan President Anura Kumar Dissanayake said, “Deeply saddened by the news of the explosion in Delhi. Sri Lanka stands in solidarity with the people of India. Our thoughts are with all those affected.
Maldives President Mohammed Muizzu said he was deeply saddened by the loss of lives in the blast. “We express our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and wish speedy recovery to the injured. Maldives stands with the people and government of India in this difficult time,” he wrote on Twitter.
According to the report of news agency ANI, Singapore’s High Commissioner to India Simon Wong described the blast near the Red Fort in Delhi as a terrorist attack. Simon Wong said, “My prayers go out to the victims of the car blast near the Red Fort and their families. Singapore condemns this terrorist incident.”
