Also strongly condemns this action of US. China said, ‘Such hegemonic actions of the US seriously violate international law and Venezuela’s sovereignty. Also, there is a threat to peace and security in Latin America and the Caribbean region. China strongly opposes this.

Brazilian President Lula da Silva said, ‘The bombing of Venezuelan soil and the arrest of its president is the most serious attack on Venezuelan sovereignty.
