Why China’s concern increased
According to reports, many cases of human trafficking came out in the past and they are also increasing. China has expressed concern keeping this issue in mind and has warned its people. The embassy has warned that people involved in crossing the illegal border in Bangladesh may be arrested in the case of smuggling.
Protests in Bangladesh
Things are not going well in Bangladesh. All people from student organizations to opposition parties are protesting. The current Chief Mohammad Yunus is badly surrounded. The opposition party is demanding an election to be conducted by the end of this year. The matter has become the whole government vs. army. Mohammad Yunus is embroiled between the government and the army. The main reason for this is a plan to become a human corridor on the Myanmar border in Bangladesh. For this reason, there is a situation of tension between the two.
