Chiao Jiao, a resident of China, decided to cross the seven seas and come to India to marry her Indian boyfriend Chandan Singh. Their unique and heart-touching love story was completed in marriage on 6th December. This inter-cultural wedding took place with full Vedic customs and pomp at Vinayak Hotel in Sahibganj.
Love story started in China and London
This international love story began in the academic campuses of China and London. Chandan Singh and Xiao Jiao met in connection with their studies. Their friendship soon turned into a deep love affair, and both of them decided to live together for the rest of their lives.
Father gave respect to the relationship
All the credit for bringing this inter-national relationship to India and giving it Indian values goes to Chandan’s father Shambhu Shankar Singh. He respected his son’s decision wholeheartedly and ensured that the wedding was conducted in full accordance with Indian customs.
Amazing confluence of two cultures
A large number of family members, relatives and friends participated in this grand ceremony organized at Vinayak Hotel. Amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras, when Xiao Jiao in Indian attire accompanied Chandan Singh seven rounds So this moment became a wonderful and memorable confluence of cultures of two countries.
This marriage is proof that even thousands of kilometers of distance and cultural differences do not matter in front of true intentions and love.
