Before the Bihar assembly elections 2025, the politics of the state has once again become hot. The recent survey of C-Voter has made it clear that the opinion about the CM face is constantly changing among the public. According to the survey, this time, not only Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav, but faces like Chirag Paswan, Emperor Chaudhary and Prashant Kishore are also in discussion.

The survey was conducted between the months from February to September, in which the public was asked who they want to see the next Chief Minister of Bihar. The results are not only shocking but also show that the public is now looking at the new options seriously from traditional politics.

Prashant Kishore became the choice of CM face of people

In the February survey, Chirag Paswan was selected for only 4%, Emperor Chaudhary 8%, and Prashant Kishore was selected by 15%for the post of CM. But by June, the picture changed a bit. Chirag Paswan’s popularity increased to 10%. Similarly, Emperor Chaudhary also got 10% votes and 16% people gave opinion in support of Prashant Kishore. These figures show that the identity and acceptance of these three leaders among the public was gradually increasing. The special thing is that Prashant Kishore, who is relatively new in politics, was consistently considered an alternative face by the public.

PK’s popularity increased in August

The survey conducted in August once again saw a change. Chirag Paswan was selected as 9%, Emperor Chaudhary 10%, and Prashant Kishore as CM Face by 22%. This clearly showed that Prashant Kishore’s popularity is going up continuously, while the situation of the rest of the two leaders remained almost stable or kept decreasing. Political experts say that the growing public support of Prashant Kishore is a sign that the people of Bihar are now in the mood to give new politics, new thinking and youth leadership a chance.

Prashant Kishore ahead in September, rest behind

The latest data of September shows that Prashant Kishore is once again at the top with 23% votes in the survey. Chirag Paswan got 10% votes and Emperor Chaudhary got 7% votes. This shows that the public has taken seriously the work of Prashant Kishore and his “Jansuraj Yatra”. The popularity of Chirag Paswan and Emperor Chaudhary could not remain stable. Political analysts believe that this boom in Prashant Kishore’s popularity is the result of his continuous public relations and ground activism. On the other hand, Chirag and Emperor Chaudhary now need to strengthen their image and organization, so that they can stay in this race.

Public mood and direction of upcoming elections

This survey also shows that the people of Bihar are now looking for new options out of old alliances. Along with experienced leaders like Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav, the public is watching new faces seriously. If this trend continues till elections, then a big change can be seen in Bihar’s politics.
