Chief Minister Nitish Kumar can go on Bihar tour this month. This yatra is likely to start after Makar Sankranti and its date and program can be officially announced soon by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. Under the yatra, the Chief Minister will visit various districts across Bihar and assess the ground situation of the government’s functioning.
Why will CM Nitish go on Bihar trip?
Preparations have been started at the administrative level in all the districts of Bihar regarding the proposed visit of the Chief Minister. DMs and SPs of all the districts have been instructed to make arrangements related to the yatra. The main objective of this yatra is to investigate the ground reality of the announcements made during the Pragati Yatra last year. The Chief Minister wants to see what is the condition of the schemes that were announced on the ground and whether their benefits are reaching the general public or not.
Review of schemes and new announcements
The program of the Chief Minister’s visit is being prepared in such a way that he can review the work of development schemes. In the districts where the work of the schemes has been completed, the Chief Minister can also inaugurate them. Along with this, there is also a possibility of announcement of many new schemes during this visit, due to which Bihar can get big gifts.
During the yatra, there will be review meetings with officials and public representatives, where the progress of the schemes, shortcomings and further strategy will be discussed. Under Seven Nishchay-3, important points like ease of living can be understood and tested at the Chief Minister level in the districts.
First trip after winning 2025 elections
This is being considered as the first major public relations visit of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar after NDA’s landslide victory in the assembly elections. For the first time after the election results, he will go directly among the public to thank and communicate. Meeting common people and listening to their problems will also be an important part of the journey.
