CM omar abdullah meets PM modi: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah met Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the first time on Saturday (May 3). During this time, along with the Pahalgam attack and the situation, the security was discussed. The meeting between the two lasted for about 30 minutes.

During the meeting with Prime Minister Modi, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah informed the PM about the status of Jammu and Kashmir after the Pahalgam attacks and the efforts being made to stabilize the situation for tourists and tourism industry. At the same time, the war against terrorism and Pakistan’s terrorist camps/infrastructure confirmed support against any attack.

Actually, this was the first time after the terrorist attack on April 22 when CM Omar Abdullah met PM Modi. Earlier, sources associated with the National Conference had told that Omar Abdullah will meet Prime Minister Modi and give him assurance of full cooperation from the Jammu and Kashmir administration regarding any decision of the central government.
