In Jammu and Kashmir, 25 books related to the valley and separatism have been banned by the Governor’s administration. The police are looking for these books by visiting the shops and seizing it. Meanwhile, now Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has reacted sharply.
In fact, a user had raised questions on Omar Abdullah about the ban on social media platform X. He wrote, “Omar Abdullah lift the ban from books. In the rest of your life you will go to know as a coward that was afraid of books. Remove the ban from books. ”
What did Omar Abdullah say?
In response, Omar Abdullah said, “O ignorant, correct the facts, before calling me a coward. This ban has been imposed by LG, the only department he officially controls is the Home Department. I have never banned books nor will I ever impose. ”
