After meeting the Chief Minister in Lucknow on Saturday evening, the deceased’s wife Sangeeta Valmiki said that Baba, you are the only one who can protect the Dalits. We are completely satisfied with the action of the government and the police and are confident of getting justice.
Deceased’s wife Sangeeta Balmiki along with her father Chhote Lal and daughter Anyana reached Lucknow to meet CM Yogi. CM Yogi listened to the pain of the victim’s family, consoled them and assured them of strict action against the criminals under the government’s zero tolerance policy.
Family will get accommodation, wife will get job – CM
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the family will be given a house under the Chief Minister Housing Scheme. Also, Sangeeta Valmiki will be given a permanent job at her workplace and the family will be provided with all the welfare schemes of the government. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the accused were arrested within 24 hours of the incident. The safety and respect of Dalits, deprived and exploited is the top priority of the state government.

He said that there will be no compromise of any kind with strong law and order in the state. Every drop of tear of the victim’s family will be accounted for.
