US President Donald Trump has claimed that the US Army attacked a ship carrying drugs in the Caribbean Sea and sank it. During this, there was talk of killing two terrorists and capturing two alive and sending them back to their countries Ecuador and Colombia. Now Trump has accused Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro of promoting drugs. He said that now Colombia will not get American subsidies.
Drugs are the biggest business ever in Colombia: Trump
US President Trump posted on Social Truth, saying, “Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro is the leader of illegal drugs. He is vigorously promoting the large-scale production of drugs on large and small farms throughout Colombia. It has become the largest business ever in Colombia.”
‘Plan to create death and destruction in America’
Trump said, “Gustavo Petro is doing nothing to stop it, while he is receiving massive payments and subsidies from the United States. No subsidies of any kind will be given to Colombia today. The purpose of producing this drug is to sell it in huge quantities in the United States, causing death, destruction and devastation.”
Petro should stop playing the game of death: Trump
Trump warned, “Gustavo Petro is a weak and very unpopular leader who has unfounded opinions about himself. He must stop playing the game of death or the United States will close its doors to him.”
US President Trump had earlier said that it was an honor to destroy the submarine carrying drugs. He emphasized that US intelligence had confirmed that the ship was loaded with fentanyl and other illegal drugs.
