Veteran actor and comedian Govardhan Asrani, also known simply as Asrani, passed away on Monday at the age of 84 after a prolonged illness. There was deep mourning in the film industry and his fans due to his death. After his demise, an emotional video has now surfaced, in which Asrani is seen dancing happily at an event just ten days before his demise.

As soon as the news of Asrani’s demise broke on social media, many tribute messages appeared remembering his work. There is also a video in which he is seen dancing at an event just 10 days before his death.
Singer Pinky Maidasani shared a video of Asrani on Instagram, in which he is seen on stage with Pinky on a Sindhi song. Initially Asrani has to stand up with the help of some people, but later he starts dancing happily on the song.
Sharing the video, Pinky wrote, “Just 10 days ago at the last event, he was on stage and dancing to Sindhi tunes. Wow! He lived life to the fullest, a true gem artist and our own legend Asrani Sahab”.

In a career spanning over five decades, Asrani became one of the most beloved faces of Hindi cinema. Known for his excellent comic timing and expressive acting, he acted in more than 350 films. Among his many memorable roles, the character of a jail warden in the 1975 classic film Sholay became a part of Indian pop culture.
