IPL 2026 Commentary Panel List: Only one day is left for the start of IPL 2026. The tournament will start from Friday, March 28. A day before this, on Thursday (27 March), the commentary panel for the upcoming season was announced, in which it was told that more than 160 people will be seen doing commentary in 12 languages. While sharing the information through social media, Star Sports said that more than 160 people will be seen in the commentary panel. In the tournament, fans will be able to listen to commentary in a total of 12 languages, which include Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Haryanvi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi and Malayalam.
More than one veteran will take charge of the commentary in all the languages. The commentary adds to the match. Let us tell you that this time veterans like Umesh Yadav and R Ashwin will also be seen in the commentary box. Let us tell you that Ashwin was a part of Chennai Super Kings in the last season i.e. 2025, but he retired from cricket before the 2026 season.
In the commentary box, veterans like Navjot Singh Sidhu, Aakash Chopra and Irfan Pathan will be seen in the Hindi box. Fans always seem excited to hear the voices of these legends. The names of many veterans are included in the list.
