Congress leaders will tell people from village to village that we will start this scheme if the grand alliance government is formed and will give 2500 rupees to poor women every month.

There has been no discussion about the issue of seat sharing and leadership in the meeting. The outline of how to surround the Bihar government on issues like corruption, extreme law and order and unemployment has been decided.
