Jairam ramesh attack BJP: There is a political uproar over BJP MP Nishikant Dubey’s statement about the Supreme Court and CJI. Nishikant Dubey had said on Saturday (April 19) that if the law itself is enacted, then Parliament should be closed. On this, opposition parties said that it is not only an attack on the reputation of the judiciary, but also raises questions on the soul of Parliament and the Constitution.
As soon as this statement came, heavy reactions started coming from social media to political corridors. While the opposition parties, especially the Congress, opened a front against the BJP, the BJP president came forward and made it clear that BJP has nothing to do with Nishikant Dubey’s statement. On the issue of BJP, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh posted on the issue, saying that the objectionable comments made by the BJP MPs on the Chief Justice of India would have no special importance to separate themselves on behalf of the outgoing president of the BJP.

Congress leader asked questions to PM on the issue
Jairam Ramesh targeted BJP President JP Nadda’s response in which he said that “Nishikant Dubey’s views are his personal, the party has nothing to do with it.” The Congress leader taunted that the explanation of the outgoing BJP president is nothing but damage control. This will not make anyone fools. This is not the entry political science but an example of Entre Political Hypocrisy. He asked that the outgoing BJP president has kept silence on the unacceptable comments being made repeatedly on the judiciary by a very special person sitting in the high constitutional post of his own party. Do they have no opinion on these comments? Does BJP support these statements?
If Prime Minister Modi does not have silent acceptance of such continuous attacks on the constitution, then why are not taking strict steps against this MP? Did Nadda ji give them a show cause notice?
