The government says that now unemployed youth will be registered as unknown youth on the employment portal of the state, that is, they will now be called as an aspiring youth, not unemployed.
The Mohan Yadav government claims that the government will provide employment to the unemployed youth of the state rapidly. The main opposition party Congress in Madhya Pradesh has objected to the government using the word ‘aspirational youth’ for the unemployed youth of the state. The party alleged that the government is making fun of the unemployed. On the employment portal of the state, the word ‘aspirational youth’ was used while explaining the number of unemployed youth in Madhya Pradesh and their number has been stated to be more than 29.37 lakhs.
Regarding this, Congress female leader Supriya Srinet said that in fact, the government’s purpose is something else due to the change of name, the aim of the government is that there will be no bamboo, no flute, nor unemployed and neither will there be tension to end unemployment. In the post released on the social media forum ‘X’, Leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Assembly, Umang Singhar said, “The government changed the name of the unemployed to a mockery. Minister of State for Technical Education and Skill Development Gautam Tetwal said that the purpose of the government’s use of the word ‘aspirational youth’ is that the youth who are doing jobs in the government or private sector, should be aspiring to move forward and reach high positions. At the same time, those who are unemployed youth should aspire for jobs and register in the employment office. Defending the government’s move, BJP spokesperson Pankaj Chaturvedi said, “The effort of the Bharatiya Janata Party government in Madhya Pradesh and the country is to provide employment.
