Qatar’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani has appealed to the international community to leave the double standards and hold Israel accountable for its crimes. He was addressing a meeting of preparations for the emergency summit of Arab and Islamic countries to be held in Doha. This meeting has been called after the unprecedented air strikes carried out by Israel, targeting Hamas leaders.

What did Sheikh Mohammad say?

Sheikh Mohammed said about this, “The time has come to end the dual attitude and take action on Israel. This massacre against the Palestinian brothers and the conspiracy to evict them from their land will never succeed.”

Which issue will be talked about in the summit?

According to the Qatar news agency, the summit will be discussed in the summit on the Israeli attack on Qatar on 9 September. In this attack, many houses of Hamas officers located in Doha were targeted, in which many people died and many were injured. Arabs and Islamic countries have strongly condemned Qatar’s sovereignty and a violation of international law.

What did the Saudi Foreign Ministry say?

Foreign Ministers of Arab League and Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) member countries are attending this emergency conference. Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan is also participating in it. The statement of Saudi Foreign Ministry has also come out regarding this. The Saudi Foreign Ministry described the Israeli attack as an aggressive action and expressed solidarity with Qatar, demanding the international community to hold Israel responsible.
