There is good news for outsourced employees in UP. Recently, the UP Out Source Employees Salary Chart has been released by the government, due to which the contractual employees will no longer have to go through uncertainty about their salary and future. Under this new chart, employees have been divided into four categories on the basis of their qualification, responsibility and work and the minimum salary of each category has been fixed.

According to the new salary system, first class employees will get salary from 40,000 to 45,000. In this category, employees who have high qualification and experience and who are working in administrative or technical positions. The minimum wage for second class employees is 25,000, 22,000 for third grade and 20,000 for class IV employees. The class IV consists mainly of scavengers, peons and other assistant employees, for whom there was no fixed salary earlier.

According to the reports, the most important aspect of this chart is that no contractual employee will work on arbitrary salary. Every employee will get a transparent salary according to his qualification and work, which will be deposited directly in the bank account. This will not only eliminate the problem of delay in salary distribution, but will also ensure transparency in the entire process.

Future confidence with pension scheme

The government has also taken into account the concern of the future of contract employees, not only salary. From now on, employees serving for 10 consecutive years will get the benefit of pension after retirement. This facility was earlier only for permanent government employees, but now contract workers will also be part of it. The pension amount will be minimum from 1,000 to maximum of 7,500, which will be fixed according to service period and post.

Pay payment on time

Under the new system, employees will get salary every month between 1 to 4th date. Earlier, the employees had to wait for salary for several weeks or months, which increased the financial and mental pressure. Now the salary on the date fixed by the government will be deposited directly to the bank account, which will have a positive effect on the lifestyle and family life of the employees.
