In the viral video, it can be seen that a person, whom people are calling the contractor, click a picture of a bumpy raw road. Then he uploads this photo to an AI image tool and says “Convert this road to CC Road.” In a few seconds, a miracle occurs in the picture. The road is fully made with cement made of cement, white strip, along the shore pucca gutter and leveling. Now the contractor sends this ‘fake’ photo to the government engineer on WhatsApp and his payment bill is passed without running a shovel.
