In Maharashtra’s Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, former MLA Bachchu Kadu gave a big and controversial statement while addressing the farmers. He appealed to the farmers to ‘cut or kill’ instead of committing suicide, which has raised the political temperature. Maharashtra Minister Sanjay Shirsat strongly criticized this comment and asked him to avoid provoking the farmers.
Addressing a gathering, the Prahar Janshakti Party leader from Amravati district told the farmers that if they want the government to resolve their issues quickly then they should violently target the MLAs instead of taking their lives.
‘Why commit suicide, kill MLA’ – controversial statement of Bachchu Kadu
Bachchu Kadu reportedly said, “Why commit suicide? Kill the MLA, cut him down. Farmers should sit in front of the MLA’s residence without clothes and urinate. If all this is done, the government will be back on track.” After the video of this statement went viral, Shiv Sena leader and minister Sanjay Shirsat challenged Kadu to act on his words instead of provoking the farmers.
‘Bachchu Kadu wants farmers to kill?’- Sanjay Shirsat
Sanjay Shirsat said, “Bachchu Kadu should do all this himself. Does he want to instigate the farmers and get more crimes registered against them? They should control their tongue. Farmers are already in trouble due to the floods and rains in September. “Does Kadu want them to commit murders?”
