Another woman has filed a rape case against Royal Challengers Bangalore fast bowler cricketer Yash Dayal. After Ghaziabad, an FIR has been registered against Yash Dayal in Jaipur too. The woman has accused the cricketer of raping two years by pretending to make a career.
On the complaint of the woman, an FIR has been registered against IPL champion Royal Challengers Bangalore fast bowler Yash Dayal in rape and Poxo Act in Jaipur. The woman alleges that Yash Dayal raped for two years by pretending to make a career in cricket and by blackmailing them.
Rape case registered against Yash Dayal
The victim has filed a case against Yash Dayal at Sanganer Sadar police station in Jaipur. According to Sanganer Sadar SHO Anil Jamon, the girl from Jaipur came in contact with Yash Dayal while playing cricket.
The woman alleges that when she was a minor two years ago, she met Yash Dayal in Jaipur itself. Yash Dayal was visiting Jaipur at that time to play the IPL match. According to the allegation, Yash Dayal called him to a hotel on the pretext of giving a career tip in cricket.
Minor girl accused of rape for two years
The woman alleges that Yash Dayal was sexually abusing her for the last two years by pretending to make a career. Troubled by emotional blackmail and continuous exploitation, the victim has registered a case at Sanganer Sadar police station.
On this matter, SHO Anil Jamon said that according to the complaint, Yash Dayal, who came to Jaipur during the IPL-2025 match, called the victim and raped the victim again.
FIR lodged in Poxo Act
Police officer Anil Jamon told that when the girl was a 17 -year -old minor, she was raped for the first time. In such a situation, the police has also registered an FIR against Yash Dayal under the Poxo Act.
Earlier, a girl from Ghaziabad in UP also accused Yash of raping her by pretending to marry. However, Yash was relieved from the Allahabad High Court in that case. Here Jaipur Police has started an investigation against Yash Dayal in this case after the case was registered.
