Jwalamukhi Temple on Chaitra Navratri 2026: On the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri, a huge crowd of devotees is being seen in Shri Jwalamukhi Temple in Himachal Pradesh. On the fifth day of Navratri, a large number of devotees are arriving from all over the country to have darshan of the extremely sacred lights of Maa Jwala.
Keeping in mind the increasing crowd of devotees, the temple administration has taken a big decision. On the occasion of Chhathi, Saptami and Ashtami Navratri, the temple will remain open for darshan 24 hours, so that no devotee has to face any inconvenience.

What did temple officer Ajay Mandyal say?
While talking to the media, Shri Jwaladevi Temple official Ajay Mandyal said that strict instructions have been given to the employees associated with the temple to work in shifts for 24 hours, so that the system can run smoothly.
During Navratri, the enthusiasm of the devotees can be seen in the temple premises. Devotees are doing religious activities like worship, havan yagya and mundan while singing bhajans and kirtans.
What did the temple priest say?
Temple priest Kapilmuni said that a large number of devotees from outside states are arriving to have darshan of the sacred lights of Maa Jwala and are also receiving the blessings of the mother.
He told that in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, Mother Jwala is present in seven forms, in which Mother Chandi, Hinglaj, Vindhyavasini, Mahakali, Annapurna, Mahasaraswati and Mahalakshmi.. Devotees coming to the temple get special blessings by seeing all these lights.
The priest of the temple said that performing puja, havan and yagya during Navratri gives manifold results, that is why the crowd of devotees is continuously increasing.

Offering of Rs 25 lakh in 4 days
According to the temple administration, more than 1.5 lakh devotees have visited in the first four days of Navratri. An offering worth about Rs 25 lakh has also arrived in the temple.
Till the fifth day itself, more than 1.30 lakh devotees have visited, which shows the huge crowd of devotees this time.

Giving information, the temple administration said that, arrangements for medical camp for the devotees coming to visit the temple during Navratri, special attention to cleanliness, smooth line arrangement for darshan and police forces have been deployed to maintain law and order.
The administration is constantly monitoring the situation and any problem is being resolved immediately.
