In response, the sacked jawan said that I will definitely appeal to the High Court that I should be given justice. For this, we have also talked to the lawyer. I also appeal to the Prime Minister and the Home Minister to get justice.

Marriage permission was sought from the department: Munir

Talking to news agency ANI, Munir Ahmed said that in 2022 he had sought permission from the department, but was delayed. After this, on 24 May 2024, Pakistani Meenal was married through video conferencing. The matter of marriage was also told to the officials. For this, all the necessary documents were also given, in which there was information related to the wedding card, the place of marriage and the wife’s visa.

The sacked jawan appealed to PM Modi

The sacked jawan said, ‘I appeal to the PM and the Home Minister that I should be justice. What is being done to me, these are proof. I have also informed the department. Suddenly, this is being done with me. One is for the visa and the other to remove it from the service. We are upset. For this, we plead in front of the Prime Minister and the Home Minister.

CRPF dismisses Munir Ahmed on 3 May

On 3 May 2025, CRPF dismissed Munir Ahmed from his job. The CRPF said that Munir hid the marriage of a Pakistani woman and placed her illegally without a visa in India, which is against the national security. Pakistani citizens were asked to leave India after the Pahalgam terror attack. On April 30, Meenal was also taken to the Attari border, but was not sent to Pakistan after the court order.
