National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the online registration process for Common University Entrance Test – Post Graduate (CUET PG 2026) for the academic session 2026–27. This examination is very important for those students who want to take admission in postgraduate (PG) courses in the central universities and other participating universities of the country. Through CUET PG, it has now become possible to get admission in many universities through a single examination, due to which students do not have to face the trouble of giving separate examinations.
CUET PG 2026 exam will be conducted as Computer Based Test (CBT). This includes central universities as well as state universities, deemed universities, private universities, autonomous colleges and other institutions. Candidates who are eligible for this examination can apply online by visiting the website nta.ac.in or exams.nta.ac.in/cuet-pg.
CUET PG 2026 important dates
The starting date of online application for CUET PG 2026 is 14 December 2025. The last date to apply is 14 January 2026. Apart from this, the last date for submission of application fee is 14 January 2026. The date of application correction is from January 18 to January 20, 2026. Along with this, the information about the exam city will be announced later and the date of release of admit card will also be informed later. The month of examination is March 2026. Recorded responses will be released later on the official website.

According to the official information, CUET PG 2026 exam will be conducted for 157 subjects. This examination will be conducted in 292 cities of India and 16 cities outside India, which will give the students the facility to choose the examination center nearest to them.
Through this examination, candidates can take admission in various post graduate courses like MA, MSc, MCom, MBA, MCA and other PG programs. How to apply for CUET PG 2026?
1. First of all go to nta.ac.in or exams.nta.ac.in/cuet-pg website.
2. Click on CUET PG 2026 Registration link given on the homepage.
3Complete the registration by filling your basic personal and educational information,
4. Log in with the application number and password received after registration.
5Fill the application form carefully and select your preferred course and examination city,
6. Upload the necessary documents (photo, signature etc.) in the prescribed format.
7. Pay the application fee through online mode. Submit the application form and download the confirmation page and keep it safe.
