The scheme will start from 26 August 2025 and its booking will also start from the same day. The special thing is that this scheme is especially for ready-to-au flats built in good and posh areas of Delhi, that is, you will not have to wait for the construction to be completed after buying the flat, you can be directly shifted. Where will you get flat?
Under the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025, DDA has created flats in many best areas of Delhi, such as Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Nand Nagri and Jahangirpuri. 250 flats will be available at these places, and garage will also be provided for a car or scooter with every flat. DDA has created three types of flats so that people of every Income Group can participate in it.
How to register and booking?
To participate in this scheme of DDA, you have to register online. For this, go to DDA’s website https://eservices.dda.org.in. After this, non-refundable fee of 2500 will have to be deposited at the time of registration. After registration, the allocation of flats will be on the first come, first serve basis. As soon as you book, you will get 15 minutes to pay. In these 15 minutes, that flat will not be given to anyone else. So make sure that your bank account already has full money. At the same time, within 24 hours of booking, you will be released demand to demand a low allotment letter. DDA has given information about this scheme on its social media platform x.
How much will the price be? Know from cheap to expensive range
The DDA has fixed the price of flats according to their size and category. In which first Hig flat these flats are made for people with more income. Their price will be from about 1.64 crores to 2.54 crore. These flats will be in large size and better location. Apart from this, the second MIG flat, these flats are for normal ie middle income buyers. Their price will be from 60 lakh to 1.5 crore. Also, both the budget and the convenience have been designed keeping in mind. Finally there are Lig flats. These flats are for families with low income. Their price has been kept from 39 lakh to 54 lakhs. Despite the dead size, these flat will be ready-to-me and good. If the price of these flats is compared to areas like Gurgaon and Noida, then these flats of DDA are quite cheap. In Noida or Gurugram, the price of such flats can be 2 crore or more.
