Ajay Devgan’s romantic-comedy film De De Pyaar De 2 is ready to release in theatres. There is a lot of buzz among the people about the film but this craze is not visible in advance booking. There is one day left for the film to be released and it has not been able to earn much from advance booking. If the film’s earnings are going to be like this then it will hardly be able to break the record of opening day of the first film.
De De Pyaar De 2 is the sequel to the 2019 film of the same name. Tabu was seen in the lead role with Ajay Devgan and Rakul Preet Singh in De De Pyaar De. Now in its sequel, the story has been taken forward from where the first part ended. Along with Ajay and Rakul, R Madhavan, Meezaan Jaffrey, Javed Jaffrey, Gautami Kapoor and Ishita Dutta are seen playing important roles in De De Pyaar De 2.
Earned so much from advance booking
According to the report of Saknilk, De De Pyaar De 2 has not earned much from advance booking. The film has collected Rs 2.4 crores. Which also includes block seats. Only 16772 tickets have been sold for 4725 shows of the film. Only one day is left for the release of the film and this earning seems very low.
Will she be able to break the record of Kya De De Pyaar De?
Ajay Devgan’s 2019 film De De Pyaar De collected Rs 8.5 crore on the opening day. Which is a very good earning according to that time. But now looking at the advance booking of the second part, it seems that it will not be able to break the record of the first part.
Talking about the budget of De De Pyaar De 2, it has not been cleared yet. According to reports, this film would have been made for around Rs 100 crores.
