If you are dreaming of becoming a teacher and are thinking of doing B.Ed, then this is a good opportunity for you. Bundelkhand University Jhansi has extended the application date for UP B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination 2026. Earlier the application was to be till 5th April, but now the candidates have got some more time. Now you can fill the form with late fees till 10th April 2026. In such a situation, those who have not applied yet can fill the form as soon as possible.

To apply for this examination, the candidate must have a graduate or post graduate degree. There should be at least 50% marks in it. Whereas for engineering candidates, 55% marks are required.

age limit
No maximum age limit has been set for UP B.Ed 2026. That means, even if you are older in age, you can still apply for this exam.

When will the exam be held?
UP B.Ed Joint Entrance Exam 2026 will be held on 26 April 2026. This examination will be held at different examination centers across Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, candidates are advised to complete their preparation on time and also check their exam center information before the exam.

When will the admit cards be released?
Admit cards for this examination will be issued on 20 April 2026. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online. The exam centre, time and important instructions will be mentioned in the admit card, hence take a print out of it before going for the exam.

In which universities will you get admission?
Through this examination, admission is available in many big universities of Uttar Pradesh. These include universities like Lucknow University, Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth Varanasi and Deen Dayal Upadhyay University Gorakhpur. Apart from this, many other universities are also part of this process.

  • Category Certificate (Issued after 01 April 2023)
  • Income Certificate (issued after 01 July 2025)

application fee
While filling the form, candidates will also have to pay the application fee. The fee for General, OBC and EWS category has been kept at Rs 1650, while for SC and ST category candidates it is Rs 850. If you apply with late fee, then the fee will have to be paid Rs 2000 for General, OBC and EWS and Rs 1000 for SC and ST. For more details, candidates can take help of the official site.

  • Click on the “Apply Online” link there. After this fill your basic information.
  • Now candidates should upload the required documents.
  • After this the candidates should deposit the application fee.
  • After filling all the information, submit the form and take a print out of it.
