Deal Between Mukesh Ambani Joint Venture Reliance BP Mobility and Gautam Adani Company Adani Total Gas Limited

Adani-mbani deal: The country’s two veteran businessmen Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani have partnered to carry forward their business. Under this, both will carry forward the sale of automatic fuel. In fact, there has been a deal between Mukesh Ambani’s Joint Venture Reliance BP Mobility and Gautam Adani’s company Adani Total Gas Ltd-Atgl.

What happened in both companies?

Under this deal, petrol and diesel of Jio-BP brand will be available at some petrol pump of ATGL. Similarly, CNG stations of ATGL will be installed in some Jio-BP petrol pumps. This will increase the sale of fuel of both companies, both will also grow business and it will benefit the common man as it will give customers all three petrol, diesel and CNG at the same company’s petrol pump. This will also make it easier during the journey.

Under this partnership, the outlets to be installed in the coming time will also be covered by both the petrol pumps of both companies. Jio-BP has 1,972 petrol pumps across the country, while ATGL has 650 CNG stations. All these covers will be made.

Before this came forward for this work

This is the second time in recent times, when two business tycoon has come forward to do business together. In March this year, both of them came together for a power project in Madhya Pradesh. Under this, Reliance Industries bought a 26 percent stake in a power project in Madhya Pradesh, and Reliance also signed an agreement to buy 500 MW power.

Both did not come to each other

Where Ambani’s interest is spread from oil and gas to retail and telecom. At the same time, Adani’s focus ranges from ports to airports coal and mining. However, both businessmen have planned to invest billions of dollars in clean energy business. Where Adani Renewable Energy Mega Parks are being built and have also stepped into manufacturing solar modules and wind turbines.

At the same time, Reliance is constructing four gigafactory for solar panels, batteries, green hydrogen and fuel cells in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Reliance is also planned to create a renewable energy capacity in Kavra, Gujarat, where Adani is also making the world’s largest solar park with a 30 -gW capacity.
