In an interview to Bollywood bubble, Deepshikha explained how acting was first considered a “respected” profession, and meditation was only on craft. Deepshikha said, “Acting was not a profession earlier, it was not a responsible job. Now, everyone wants to become an actor. They want vanity vans and staff. I have seen Shah Rukh Khan working in coal. There was no vanity van at that time. He used to sleep there just sleep there amidst the machinery and glowing lights of coal mine. Please tell that Deepshikha also played an important role in coal and his acting was highly praised.
Salman Khan also had no bodyguard or security
Deepshikha also remembered Salman Khan’s simplicity during his early years in the industry. He said that both Shahrukh and Salman were connected to the land and sociable on the set. Deepshikha said, “I have also seen how Salman used to shoot films at one time. Big stars used to get a big makeup room. He used to go alone from a set of bodyguard or security to his makeup room alone. He was so humble that we used to have lunch together.”
