Defense Minister Rajnath Singh reached Durga Padav Mohania in Kaimur district on Sunday (November 9, 2025), the last day of campaigning for the second phase of assembly elections in Bihar, where he sought support from the public for NDA candidate Sangeeta Kumari. Rajnath Singh termed Sangeeta Kumari as a fire woman and said that wherever her last meetings were held, there was victory.
Rajnath Singh said, ‘Today India’s international environment has changed. Earlier when India used to say something, it was not taken seriously, now the world listens to us and India’s status has increased. Taking a dig at the opposition parties, he said, ‘The statements of some people like Congress are hindering the progress of the country and the country is not built by doing politics only on the basis of caste and religion. NDA’s politics has been based on justice and humanity, and not just on nexus.
Focus on creating self-employment opportunities by giving skills to the youth- Rajnath
While giving his address on corruption, he stressed, ‘Corruption cannot be removed just by giving speeches. Change in the system is necessary. He gave the example of transferring benefits directly to people’s accounts through central policies and citing mathematics on opposition promises, said that giving government job to every household is not practical; It is better to create self-employment opportunities by giving skills to the youth.
Parks for small and micro industries will be built in Bihar- Rajnath
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh announced that parks will be created in Bihar for small and micro industries, where youth will get skill development and employment through more than 100 industries. Along with this, a defense park will also be built in Bihar, in which materials like bombs and shells will be made and they will be made by the workers of Bihar. In this way indigenous production will also be promoted.

Referring to Operation Sindoor on Pakistan and citing national security achievements, he said that the country will never let down its head with your elected government.
