Nehru Vihar Rape Case: A heartbreaking incident has come to light from Nehru Vihar area of Delhi where a minor girl was brutally murdered after sexual harassment. The body of the girl was found inside the briefcase in a closed house, from which the blood was constantly leaking.
The incident took place around 8:41 pm on the night of 7 June, when the police received a call that a minor girl was raped in street number 2 of Nehru Vihar. When the police reached the spot, it was found that the girl was taken to her father JPC Hospital, where doctors declared her dead. Doctors have feared deep bruises and sexual harassment on his face in preliminary investigation.
Father trembled after seeing the blood -linked daughter with blood
The father of the deceased girl told that on Saturday evening, her daughter had left the house to give snow to her elder Ammi living nearby. When she did not return for a long time, the family started to worry a lot after which her search was started.
When the family members had to take snow, he came to know that she did not come home. When the family interrogated the children around, it was found that the girl had gone towards a house. When the father reached that house, there was a lock from outside. On breaking the lock, he got a briefcase, from which the blood was seeping.
As soon as the briefcase was opened, the ground slipped under his feet. He saw that his daughter was covered with blood in a state of unconsciousness. Immediately, while handling herself, he took the girl to a nearby hospital, where the doctor declared her dead.
Family allegations- some local boys raped
The victim’s family alleges that this disgusting incident has been carried out by some local boys in the area itself. He says that the accused are absconding soon after the incident.
The police have taken the body of the victim and sent it for postmortem and under FIR number 300/25, a case has been registered under Section 103 (1)/66/13 (2) of BNS and Section 6 of Poxo Act.
Raids in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Meerut and Aligarh
According to the information, the police have formed 6 teams to search for the Havans. The crime branch and forensic teams of Delhi Police have started the process of gathering evidence by inspecting the scene. Also, 6 teams have been formed for the identity and arrest of the accused, which are continuously raiding Delhi, Ghaziabad, Meerut and Aligarh. Police say that they are investigating all technical and local clues so that the accused can be arrested as soon as possible.
There is an atmosphere of panic and anger in the area since this incident. Local people and social organizations have also demanded immediate arrest of the accused. The police have assured that criminals will not be spared under any circumstances and they will be brought to the dock soon. This case once again raises serious questions about the safety of women and children in the capital.
