Investigative agencies believe that due to the busting of this terror module, the suspects, in a hurry, carried out the blast near the Red Fort in Delhi. All the accused who are in police custody are doctors and either teach in universities or run their own practices and treat patients.

Dr. Omar Ul Nabi
Doctor Umar ul Nabi is from Pulwama. He works in Alfalah University, Faridabad. Omar Al Nabi’s two brothers are in custody. DNA test has been done on his mother. Omar was seen driving a car on the night of the blast. That car was bought by Dr. Umar himself, but the details of the car were given by a person named Tariq Malik.
Dr. Adil Ahmed
Dr. Adil Ahmed Rather is a doctor in Saharanpur. He hails from Qazigod, Anantnag of Kashmir. AK 47 was found in the locker of Adil’s Anantnag GMC Medical College. The surprising thing was that how was the locker closed even after four years?
Dr. Muzammil Shakeel
Dr. Muzammil Shakeel used to teach at Alfalfa Medical University, Faridabad. He is a resident of Kuyal Pulwama. The police have also taken Muzammil’s brother along with him. 360 kg explosives, rifles and magazines were recovered from Muzammil’s rented room.
Dr. Shaheen Shahid
