US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has given a big statement regarding the explosion near the Red Fort in Delhi. He said on Wednesday (11 November 2025) that this incident is a terrorist attack. India is investigating this matter very professionally. Speaking to reporters during the G7 Foreign Ministers’ meeting held in Niagara Falls, Canada, Rubio said that India does not need any foreign help to investigate this attack.
Marco Rubio said that Indian officers are very efficient. This investigation is being done very thoughtfully and professionally. This was clearly a terrorist attack, in which a large quantity of explosives were kept in the car. He further said that America has formally offered help, but India is fully capable of handling this case on the strength of its own investigative agencies.

Discussion in the meeting of Jaishankar and Rubio
On this occasion, India’s Foreign Minister Dr. S. There was also a meeting between Jaishankar and Marco Rubio. In the meeting both the leaders Delhi blast Talked on and Rubio expressed deep condolences to the families of the victims. Security cooperation between the two countries and common strategy against terrorism were also discussed.
White collar terrorist network exposed
Meanwhile, a big revelation has come to light in the investigation of the Red Fort blast. Security agencies have found evidence of a white-collar terrorist network, which is said to be related to Pakistan-based organizations Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind (AGH). The investigation team conducted raids in several states between October 19 and November 10, in which more than 2,900 kg of explosive material was recovered. According to sources, during this action, some doctors, clerics and technical experts, who were associated with this module, have been detained.
Emergency meeting of the cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister
Serious concern was expressed over the Delhi blast in the cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday (11 November 2025). In the meeting, it was termed as a heinous terrorist conspiracy hatched by anti-national forces. Passing the resolution, the Cabinet said that every person involved in this attack and their sponsors will be brought to justice. The investigation is being conducted with full promptness and professional manner.
Investigation in the hands of NIA, keeping an eye on international funding
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has now officially taken charge of this case. NIA is deeply investigating international funding, foreign contacts and networks of terrorist organizations. According to senior agency officials, preliminary investigation revealed that both the explosives and funding were obtained from abroad and the attack was being planned for several months.
