The new year is bringing good news for people who are dreaming of owning a house in Delhi. On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to launch its much awaited Premium Housing Scheme 2026. Under this scheme, flats and parking spaces built in many major areas of Delhi can be purchased through e-auction. DDA is trying to ensure that people of different income groups can take advantage of this scheme.
A total of 582 properties will be e-auctioned.
A total of 582 properties have been included in this new scheme of DDA. These include HIG, MIG, LIG, Janata and EHS category flats as well as car and scooter garages. The special thing is that the flats are in premium and residential areas of Delhi, due to which people will not have to think much about the location.
HIG and SFS flats, opportunity in premium areas
Talking about High Income Group i.e. HIG flats, maximum number of flats have been kept in Jasola. 15 HIG flats will be available here, the reserve price of which has been fixed at around Rs 2.14 crore.
Whereas Self Financing Scheme (SFS) flats will be available in areas like Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Ghazipur and Dwarka. Their price ranges from approximately Rs 99 lakh to Rs 1.21 crore.
MIG flats for middle class
DDA has also given many options for middle income group buyers. MIG flats have been included in Dilshad Garden, Dwarka, East of Loni Road, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Madipur, Nandnagari and Rohini. The reserve price of these flats starts from Rs 53 lakh and goes up to around Rs 1.45 crore.
LIG, public and EHS categories also included
Low Income Group i.e. LIG flats will be available in Karol Bagh, Dwarka, Rohini, Vikaspuri, Paschim Vihar and other areas. Their price has been fixed from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 1.23 crore.
A public flat has been kept in Shahpur Jatt, the reserve price of which is around Rs 18 lakh. Whereas EHS category flats will be available in Dwarka, Ashok Nagar, Kondli and Nasirpur, whose price will be between Rs 26 lakh to Rs 55 lakh.
Parking facility also, car and scooter garage
In this scheme, not only flats but also parking facility is being provided. Car and scooter garages will be available in Ashok Vihar, Mall Road, Rohini and Pitampura. Their reserve price has been kept from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 42 lakh.

To participate in the e-auction, it will be necessary to deposit earnest money deposit. It has been fixed at Rs 4 lakh for LIG, EHS and Janata flats, Rs 10 lakh for MIG and SFS flats and Rs 15 lakh for HIG flats. Earnest money of Rs 4 lakh has been kept for car garage and Rs 1 lakh for scooter garage.
The process of registration and depositing earnest money will start from 11 am on January 14. The last date for application is 13 February, while final submission can be made till 16 February.
The schedule of e-auction will be released on 19th February and the demo will be held from 20th to 22nd February. The auction of different categories of flats will be held between 23rd to 27th February. The registration fee has been fixed at Rs 2500, which will be non-refundable.
