In order to make the license process easier to start a business, Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena has issued a huge order. The Lt. Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena has completely abolished the requirement of license permission and NSC from Delhi Police to start seven types of business using its rights under Section 28 (2) of the Delhi Police Act, 1978.

Chief Minister appealed
Decision to abolish the imperative of getting licenses from Delhi Police to start a business in Delhi. It was taken after the appeal of Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta.
