Big news is coming out in the case of racial remarks made on North East girls in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. Delhi Police has arrested the accused Ruby Jain in this case. During the investigation, Delhi Police has added relevant sections of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the accused.

The investigation of this case has been handed over to an ACP rank officer. Whose investigation is ongoing. Let us tell you that 3 girls from Arunachal Pradesh were harassed by a neighboring couple using racial words. It is being told that this misbehavior was done over a personal matter.

What was the whole matter after all?

Girls from North East living in Malviya Nagar used drilling to get air conditioner installed in their house. During this drilling, soil fell into the house of the couple living below the girls’ flat. Due to which controversy started. The dispute escalated so much that the couple misbehaved with the girls and insulted them by making racial remarks.

Police arrested the accused woman

The police have arrested Ruby Jain, the woman accused of making indecency and racial remarks. An FIR has been registered by the police against Ruby Jain in Malviya Nagar police station. This FIR has been registered under the SC-ST Act. Orders for investigation have been given to an ACP rank officer.

The police have arrested the accused woman and started intensive interrogation. Also, further strict action is being taken by the police against the woman. In this matter, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu along with Jyotiraditya Scindia had also expressed grief by reacting in the matter. He also demanded strict action against the accused. Chief Minister Pema Khandu said that I strongly condemn this shameful incident.
