Delhi weather today: There is a danger of fierce heat in Delhi from Monday (April 7) to Saturday. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert of Lu for the national capital. IMD has projected the sky to remain clear with Lu on Monday. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 41 ° C and around 21 ° C respectively. The Meteorological Department has estimated the heatstroke in Delhi for the next two days.

According to the Meteorological Department, the effect of heat will be seen by Wednesday. Since morning, the heat will increase rapidly due to strong sunlight. People have been advised to avoid going out and drinking enough water.

Take necessary precautions to escape heat

Scientists of the Meteorological Department have advised Delhi to avoid knowing out of the house from 12 noon to 4 pm. Try to drink more and more water. Wear cotton clothes in light color. Use goggles, umbrellas, hats and shoes while leaving the house. Avoid consuming tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks and alcohol.

Exceeding temperature average

According to IMD, Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 38.2 degrees Celsius on Sunday (April 6), which is 3.1 degrees above the seasonal average. The minimum temperature of the national capital was 18.5 degrees Celsius, which was 1.5 degrees below the seasonal average. Meanwhile, relative humidity was between 43 percent and 27 percent.

Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 35.7 degrees Celsius on 5 April, which is 1.7 degrees above the average temperature of this season. According to IMD, the minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 19.5 degrees Celsius, which was 0.7 degrees above the average temperature.

According to the six -day forecast issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the situation will remain in the national capital and the maximum temperature will be between 39 to 42 degrees Celsius. AQI between 0-50 is considered ‘good’, ‘satisfactory’ on 51-100, 101-200 ‘medium’, 201-300 is considered ‘bad’, 301-400 is considered ‘very poor’ and 401-500 is considered ‘serious’.
