Delhi weather today: Strong winds in Delhi and surrounding cities have also changed in the weather. During the last 3 days, Delhi’s temperature has dropped. According to the Meteorological Department, there was a light mist in the sky on Sunday morning. There is a possibility of partial cloudy day during the day. Dusty winds may increase the level of pollution.
The Meteorological Department has expressed possibility of strong winds in Delhi till 31 March. Apart from this, the maximum and minimum temperatures in Delhi on Sunday are likely to be 32 and 16 degrees Celsius respectively.
When will the temperature rise in Delhi?
According to IMD, the heat of heat is estimated in Delhi from April 1. Delhi is predicted to increase the temperature to 40 degrees by April 4. The Meteorological Department has appealed people to take vigilance keeping in mind the temperature fluctuations.
Temperature dropped more than 3 degrees
Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 29.6 degrees Celsius on Saturday, which is three degrees below the average temperature of this season. The Meteorological Department said that the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 15.5 degrees Celsius, which is 2.6 degrees lower than the average temperature of this season. The level of humidity in Delhi on Saturday during the day was between 34 and 23 percent.
Delhi had strong winds on the evening of Friday (March 28) and the maximum temperature was recorded at 32.3 degrees Celsius, which is 4.1 degrees Celsius than normal. Delhi recorded a minimum temperature, 20.9 degrees Celsius on Friday, which is 2.8 degrees above normal. IMD said that during the day, the level of humidity was between 17 percent to 51 percent.
AQI also improves due to strong wind
According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Delhi’s air quality improved and AQI 153 was recorded at four in the evening, which falls in the ‘medium’ category. AQI is considered good between zero to 50, satisfactory between 51 and 100, medium between 101 and 200, bad between 201 and 300, very bad between 301 and 400 and severe between 401 and 500.
