Delhi amusement park accident: A woman died after falling from a swing in the water park located in Kapashera area of Delhi. The woman’s balance deteriorated during the ride in the roller coaster, causing it to fall down. The woman was rushed to the hospital after the accident, but she had died before that. The woman went to the water park with her fiance. At present, the police have registered an FIR in this case and started action.

How does police take action
In such accidents at a park or other place, the police first register an FIR against the operators under the Code of India. During the police investigation, it is seen that due to what caused the accident and whether there was adequate security arrangements at such a place. If the negligence of the operators is revealed at any level, then in such cases, the operators are detained and questioned, after which action is taken against them in BNS sections. If no level negligence is revealed in the accident, then the police can close the case as an accident.

The death of the woman is not a new case by falling from the swing in the water park. Actually, many such cases have been reported, in which major accidents have happened due to the negligence of the operators. Last year, there was a fire in the TRP mall in Rajkot, Gujarat, in which 24 people died. Investigation revealed that there were not enough means to avoid fire in the TRP gaming zone, due to which such a big accident happened. In this case, the police arrested the owner and other people of the game zone.
