The craze for both the films is being seen even before their release. That too, both the films have started earning even before their release.
‘Toxic’ earned money even before its release
Just a few days ago, news came that Yash starrer film has earned Rs 120 crore even before its release. Actually, the makers have made a big deal in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (AP-TG). If reports are to be believed, the theatrical rights of this film have been sold to Dil Raju’s company SVC (SV Cinemas) for Rs 120 crore. This is said to be an exclusive and very big deal, due to which the film has earned a good amount of money even before its release.
Earnings before release of ‘Dhurandhar 2’
In this matter ‘Dhurandhar 2’ has left Yash’s film behind. According to Pinkvilla’s report, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has earned Rs 245 crore from its non-theatrical rights alone. In such a situation, this film is being said to be the biggest deal till date. According to reports, Jio Hot Star has bought the digital streaming rights of the film for Rs 150 crore. Whereas satellite rights of all languages have been sold to Star Network for Rs 50 crore. T-Series has bought the music rights for Rs 45 crore. Including all these, the earning of this film has reached Rs. 245 crores even before its release.
‘Toxic’ vs ‘Dhurandhar 2’
Yash starrer ‘Toxic’ and Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Dhurandhar 2’ are releasing together at the box office on March 19. The buzz of both these films is so much that both the films have started earning even before their release. While Yash’s film has earned Rs 120 crore, Ranveer Singh’s film has made a deal of Rs 245 crore. In such a situation, a tough competition is already being seen between the two. When the films are released, there will be a craze for them.
