Amidst the growing discussion, Siddharth Anand took note of a viral tweet in which questions were raised on the constant criticism of Bollywood. The post read, “The funny logic of haters these days. If there is a fighter jet in a Bollywood film, then it is a copy of Top Gun, if there is a ship, then it is a copy of Titanic. If the dress code is the same, then it is a copy of F1, if there is an orange dress, then it is anti-Hindu, then their IQ level is as if it is buffering since 1947.”

Siddharth Anand breaks silence on comparison with Shahrukh-Brad Pitt’s looks
The tweet was also accompanied by a collage – in which Shahrukh was shown in a similar outfit to the one from his 2017 film Jab Harry Met Sejal. And Brad Pitt from his 2025 film F1, and the now-viral photo of King was shown, creating the perfect comparison. Reacting to the post, Siddharth Anand posted several laughing emojis and then added a hand emoji in the comment along with “Ok.”
